Fried Fritter Prawn Rice

Ingredients:


9 giant premium prawns shelled leaving the tail, de-veined, washed and marinated
300g high quality fine bread crumbs roasted
5 egg yolks beaten
Light Soya Sauce
Premium cooking wine for fragrance
Pepper
3 scoops of premium sweetened preserved white cabbage
3 plates of high quality fragrant rice cooked
Olive Oil

Why is this a favourite?

The simply fragrant lightly salted prawns goes hand in hand with the sweet cabbage making it this well-balanced dish savoury sweet to the nines.

Method:

1) With the prawns marinated in soya sauce,wine and pepper for 1/2 hour, coat each with egg yolk and roll them on a flat tray of bread crumbs.
2) Deep fry the prawns in boiling hot oil till golden.
3) Drain and serve hot with cabbage and rice for 3 eager diners.
