Lovely design for this festive holiday.

Hot Tomato is found at the basement of the every popular Plaza Singapura and they are one of the latest food outlets that sprang up out of nowhere when i visited the place again. The small but cosy cafe serves western food with some American and Italian style and flavour.

There were quite a variety of dishes on the menu and the prices of the food are a little cheaper than most of the cafes in town. (Basically Mac + GST + Service =p)

The Hot Tomato's Oven Baked Meatball and Sausage (baked rice) was pretty good and the portion was just about right for a person to enjoy without getting too full. The meat ball and sausage were juicy and one should remember to ask for more sauce for this dish to soften the rather dry olive rice.

The Escalope of Pork with Herbs and Tomato Sauce will be much better if the staff are more generous with their portion of their herb tomata sauce. Same advice for people eating there to ask for more sauce! The sauce blends quite well with the pork cutlet and it is actually quite tasty with slow tasting. The rice and pork chop are a little too hard and the generous portion of tomato sauce will certainly compensate the flaw and make it a much better dish.
