The duck rice that I am in favour arouses the nostalgic, traditional Canton, Grandpa's cooking I miss all the while. The glazed crispy, reddish brown skimmed skin just appetites the eye alongside with the nicely cooked egg noodles and moistened Choi Sum. As if all this is not convincingly delicious, wait till the real sinking in of the teeth and you savor the heavily dark, sweetened barbecued juice, the contented self just appears inside you. As for the rest,... they are all history in a flash. Food is still an important part of our lives and many are still willing to queue for good food over the weekend. If you just want to try the duck and do not wish to order the set meal, now you can simply the duck rice for one person which is about $6.80 not including GST and other services charge.
