Ingredients:
1200g premium fresh prawns shelled and de-boweled
3 premium carrots cubed
1 premium bittergourd sliced
1 full chef garlic sliced
Premium oyster sauce
Premium Olive oil
Why it is a favorite?
The dry dish with steamed white rice just leave one smiling for more.
Method:
1) Fry the garlic till brown in olive oil. Add in carrots and bittergourd for 5 mins.
2) Fry the prawns for 5 mins, add in sauce.
3) Fry the dish for 5 mins more and serve with white rice.
