Why is it a favourite?

This is a refreshing and traditional stew that is welcomed by many folks that goes best with pearl white rice done the Singaporean style.

Ingredients
800g shelled prawns and vein removed
1 dozen tofu puffs sliced
1 dozen fish balls halved
2 round cabbages shredded
High premium oyster sauce
High premium seafood sauce
High premium soy sauce
Dashes of premium salt
1 whole garlic skinned and chopped
Premium olive oil
Premium seafood stock
3 plates premium Singapore pearl white rice.

Method

1) Brown the garlic in olive oil using a frying pan.
2) Fry the tofu puffs, fish balls and prawns till fragrant.
3) Remove prawns and stew stock with cabbages and the remaining ingredients in the frying pan for 15 mins.
4) Add all sauces and simmer for 5 mins.
5) Serve hot with Singapore pearl white rice.
